TEAM: Camille Frugé

Camille Frugé has worked extensively in multiple subject areas focusing on strategic assessments and evaluations, analyzing organizational structure, and identifying critical risk factors for organizational staffing. Her executive search expertise ranges from the initial phases of sourcing, assessing, and attracting executive-level talent to skillfully navigating candidates through the details of the final interview stage.

Her recent executive search experience includes working with the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI) in its search for a new President; the Louisiana Housing Corporation in its search for a new Executive Director; and the Louisiana Special School District in its search for a new Superintendent.

Camille’s experience also includes working with the Louisiana Hospital Association to create a Report of Findings and Plan Recommendations regarding Louisiana’s current system for statewide hospital patient movement and transfer utilized during declared disasters. In this role she conducted specialized research, analyzing input gathered from a series of stakeholder sessions, and assisting in the development of the report.

She also is skilled in compensation and benefits studies such as those completed for the City of Ponchatoula and Bossier Parish.

With a growing background spanning public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Camille thrives in conducting detailed data analysis, developing comprehensive narrative reports, and providing valuable insights to shape final recommendations.
