As a Partner at SSA, Rudy helps organizations turn vision into reality through strategic planning, operational alignment, and leadership development. He partners with executives and boards to clarify goals, design actionable strategies, and guide implementation—ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results. 

Rudy’s experience spans public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. He has led statewide training programs, facilitated high-impact organizational assessments, and supported leaders through periods of growth and change. Known for blending analytical rigor with practical solutions, Rudy helps clients navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. 

In addition to his client work, Rudy contributes to SSA’s long-term strategy and consultant development. He is a Certified Hogan Assessment Systems Leadership coach and a dedicated community volunteer. 

Rudy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics from Louisiana State University.

  • Designed and administered RESET Louisiana’s Future- a collaborative state public policy effort of the Committee of 100 (C100), the Council for A Better Louisiana (CABL), and the Public Affairs Research Council (PAR)
