SSA to Lead Search for Capital Area Finance Authority (CAFA) VP of Operations

SSA Consultants is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the Capital Area Finance Authority (CAFA) to lead the executive search for its next Vice President of Operations.

CAFA is a legislatively created, board-governed public authority serving the Capital Area Parishes. As CAFA pursues an ambitious 2025-2030 strategic plan focused on transformative regional development, expanded community investment, and strengthened organizational performance, the Vice President of Operations will play a central role in advancing that mission. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level leadership experience in public-sector or quasi-governmental operations, a strong background in financial management and regulatory compliance, and demonstrated expertise overseeing multi-functional operations including HR administration, procurement, and property management.

SSA has served as a trusted partner to CAFA for more than a decade, providing strategic planning, succession planning, and compensation study services. That deep knowledge of CAFA's culture, priorities, and stakeholder environment positions SSA to lead a search that is both rigorous and tailored.
