Tyra helps organizations strengthen their capacity to plan, adapt, and thrive. As a Consultant with SSA, she works alongside leaders to develop strategic plans, improve operational efficiency, and guide teams through complex changes. 

Her background includes directing large-scale initiatives, as well as leading organizational and operational assessments for public and private entities. Known for her skill in facilitating collaboration, Tyra creates space for diverse perspectives to shape practical, forward-looking solutions. 

Tyra is a Certified Meeting Facilitator and Strategic Planning Professional with a Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is actively engaged in community and professional organizations.
